Week 8, Day 3

Regular Warm-up


Bench(ace shirt)
1x1 warmp-up catapult
1x2 warm-up 2board
1x2 changed shirts, 1-2board
1x2 RPE 7, 3board
1x2 RPE 8, 3board
1x2 RPE 8-9, "


No Accessory work.

From the start my elbow felt like crap. So I switched shirts to my more broken in one and did 3board work instead of what was planned. I didn't want to walk away with nothing accomplished and my elbow did fine with the lockout work. Don't know what I did this past Tuesday but my left elbow has felt like hell ever since, during deads and now bench. Recovery work will have to do!

Still, not a bad day of pressing...just frustrating.
