Monday - Speed Bench Work
I got in a pretty good one today.

Seated Cable Rows/Side Raises
4x10 / 15
Lat Pulldowns / Band Pull-aparts
4x10 / 20
4x15 / 15
I really need to start doing ab work everyday. I have gotten lazy about it. Since I'm not really squatting I need to get in some extra work, especially since I'm building my beach body for after the meet.
Still holding steady at fat. Haven't come down since my debauchery on the LSU trip. Tipped the scale at 279lbs this morning on and empty stomach in my nakedness. Looks like the anorexia diet is failing me! I'll have to rethink my method of dieting.
