week 15/20 Arnold XPC training - Sat, squat and dl

Like I mentioned earlier, I had to push through this one due to having a chest and head cold

I cut my normal warm-ups short, but did some other things that didnt require me to be on the ground as much(with the colder air)like BW squats and different versions of one leg GM's.

Was today a success? I guess so. NO injuries and I hit what I needed on squat, no so much on the dea.

650 brief
840 straps up
1000 full gear
1110 full gear - about 1" shy still

4" block pull:
Started to pull 625 and couldnt get my air. Pissed me off.

I did some mcgills and called it a day

Next weekend needs to be a good one for me. I need to take a mid 11 and an opener dead and then a second, give or take. Then the next day I will take a second attempt 1bd, as long as my arms feel ok from the day before.

I've made the most of this cycle and how far I have come, but still trying to find the correct balance in enough deadlift work vs not enough. I've said it before, I want to come in the meet UNDERTRAINED if anything on the dead. I would rather be healthy and weaker than beat down and strong.

Right now, I'm icing down my arms in prep for monday's big bench. Only 3 left including Monday.
