Trained at home base today. I kept it indoors due to the snow. I have no problem training in snow - I have done it before and I most certainly will do it again, but there are some things that become dangerous or contraindicated depending on how slippery it is and what your training grounds look like. If you have a big, open, flat parking lot, you can do most anything that doesn't require traction. But if you have to train on grass or on sloped pavement, things get a little trickier. As I do not have a nice big, flat, open area to train currently when I stay in town, I had to keep it indoors today.
Axle C&P (clean each)
complex x 70
complex x 120
complex x 160
6x230 - For some reason I decided to play the best 2 out of 3 in grab ass and fat fanny on this set rather than do work.
7x230 - This was only marginally better
World's Worst Trap Bar DL
BB Hip Thrusts/Ab Wheel Rollouts
10x210/15x - Note to everyone - don't use an axle/fat bar for hip thrusts. It makes it stupider, not better.
