Log Press, Upper Body & Fat Loss Progress PIC

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Training went very well today. I typically train on Mondays, but since we got snowed in yesterday I had to move things to today. That also meant I was training after two Zero carb days. But despite that - I still felt pretty good.

I weighed in at 199 on Friday. Hoping to see 198s this Friday - we will see. I thought I would see them last week.


Carbs taste amazing when you've been without for days.

I'm still visibly leaner each week, although it's slowed down a bit. But that's expected. It's hard to tell from the pics, but I can tell I'm leaner from looking in the mirror along with seeing new veins in my quads.
