When you do banded hyperextensions with the short band, do you loop the band over your neck and anchor the other end to the frame? Any details you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you for posting your log and videos. I enjoy reading your log and seeing your progress.
Thanks for the question and the compliments in regards to my training log.
I train at a couple different gyms so it largely depends on the type of hyperextension I am using. I typically use the 12" band and run the support frame through the middle of it, grab the other end with both hands and simply pull the band to my abdomen when contracting at the top.
This is the band I most often use: EFS Pro Short Monster Mini Resistance Band
Wrapping it around the back of your neck isn't a bad idea. Is this something you've tried with any success?
