I am down a couple of grippers while they get rated. In the meantime I worked with some lighter grippers and without chalk. That is the missing piece of things I brought home to work grip from home. Pretty interesting how without chalk the grippers ripped right through some skin on my hands in no time.
The jury is out on how I feel about separate grip sessions. It feels like one more thing I have to do rather than being part of my regular training.

Strictly to wake up and get moving. 20 sec on, 10 sec off x 6. I had flip flops on and the rope kept banging on my toe so I called it there before a nail went flying across the garage.
Yesterday I referred to a post I am working on. Time wouldn't allow it so I will keep working to get it done. It's important to me.
