general fitness back--cool interview



Deadlift--5,5,3,3,2 (had to get these in set time beat goal)

12 minutes--t3 raise, neck ext, straight arm pull down, suite case deadlift followed by 7 shrugs (did circuit as many times as possible in 12 minutes)

Strength is good and so is in conditioning--this is the best "balance" I have struck to date
