Sat - Squat/DL: 1 week out
Normal warm-up stuff....
Goblet squat: 4x10
Squat: 135x3x3, 225x3x3
Reverse sled drag: 200 yards
Mcgills: 10x10sec hold
Thats all she wrote for the squat!
Going to do a few mini-sessions next week, but the work has been done for sometime.
I need to make sure my hips stay loose enough, but not too lose. Thin line there!
Body is feeling good!
