Trained with Gregg and Ryan today with Mike Hedlesky in attendance benching in preparation to smash world records (literally) at the Arnold and a cameo by Nicky the Caterpillar for some pelvic floor manips. Today was the first day I actually really felt like I had an overall solid day of training in a while. Maybe there really is something to all that deload nonsense.

Axle C&P (clean each rep)
complex x 65
complex x 155
3x205
2x245
2x2x295 - Continental cleans still need work, but the presses were cake.

Chain Yoke
50'x200
50'x290
50'x380
50'x470
50'x560 - Foot strike was throwing me off until the last 10 feet, but no drops and not too awful for not having gone heavy in so long.

Tire Medley
4x500ish
3x800ish
8x500ish/3x800ish - The heavy tire gave me a lot more trouble last time I flipped it. And I actually surprised myself on being able to hit 3 reps on the heavy one after the reps on the lighter one. And I am giving a margin of error of +/- 100 lbs to my tire weight guesses.

Always hit the standing switch,
Andy Deck
