Regular warm-up


Bench(shirt work)
585x1 2sets, 1/2 board
675x1 1/2 board

Squat - 405x1 raw
Deads - 315x1 2sets, raw
Pull-aparts - 2x12



I've been reading a little bit here and there and still find it hard to understand some of the mentalities out there. I'm going to write something, might flip into an article if it's not too offensive, about what I've been seeing. I'm going to wait a week and see what happens first.
