***All last sets were done as drop sets with 2-3 weight drops. On the last rep of the drop sets I also really focused on a slow eccentric.
Seated BP: 2x10, 3x8
Side Lateral Raise: 3x8
Seated Rows: 3x8
Preacher Curls: 3x8
McGill Big 3: multiple sets done for 10 second holds
Walk outside on fields: @20 minutes
Dry fire practice: pistol off hand @20 minutes
I'm working on really snapping the gun from target to target on my transitions. I'm starting to get better. My training had really been lacking and it has shown.
