Bench Press & Upper

I am currently training for the task of becoming a new dad while balancing training, work, buying a new house, moving and life... While preparing for my next competition, St. Louis' Strongest Man. This will be held on May 10th. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 231# division. I also will also be defending my title as St. Louis' Strongest Man 2013.

I haven't used bench press as a main movement in - well I can't remember. It's been at least a year. I have used it as a supplementary movement quite a bit, but I'm looking to change that for now. In strongman we never bench press - but there is some carryover to overhead. Plus my best raw bench is 400 and I'd like to take some time to actually train it and see what I can hit as just a personal goal.

Today's session went ok - but I had a headache and felt crappy due to this.
