That was it for the day. Having fun with the new training set up. It is a nice change of pace, and I think it will help with my endurance. The weights are light, but I'm in no rush to load the bar, and my shoulders don't feel quite ready to bench heavy again. On the flip side of that though, I think the light reps are helping to correct the issue by just getting blood in there.
