We had football practice tonight. A good session overall. I ran around a lot with the kids. It is starting to get real hot down here. My back is starting to feel kinda sorta good. I'm a little worried as usually when it starts to feel good, something bad happens.
A1: Machine BP - 4x10
A2: Bird dog - 4x20 second holds
B1: Machine Military Press - 4x10
B2: Side Planks - 4x20 second holds
C1: Machine Rows - 4x10
C2: McGill Curl Ups - 4x20 second holds
*I did a set of ten cat/camels after the completion of each super set.
