Saturday games and some working out
McGill Big 3
We had a our second flag football game. We lost and it was a tough loss. We just didn't execute. We dropped 5 passes that hit the receiver in the hands. On defense we had them hemmed in a bunch only to not make a tackle. Very frustrating.
A1: Side Lateral Raises - 4x10
A2: Birddog - 4x20 second holds
B1: Dumbbell Curl - 4x10
B2: Side Plank - 4x20 second holds
C1: Pushdowns - 4x12
C2: McGill Crunches: 4x20 second holds
The hoops team kicked butt. We blew out our opponent this week. The kids ran the court and played great defense. It was really cool to watch the kids work hard and have it pay off.
