Weekend Squats and stuff

For those of you new to my log, I am just an all around awesome bencher both raw and equipped. Actually, everyone should read my log. After all, who doesn't want to bench more. That cute cashier never asks "How much do you squat?" You know I'm right. Anyway, my present goal is to become a little less fat and move into the 275 class (before I make the trek down to 242 or less for good). Thanks for reading.

Saturday Training

Airdyne 5 minutes
Dynamic Warm Up

SSB squats 285/325/365x3
Swiss ball back raises 3x10
Band pullaparts 5x20
Band curls 5x20

Sunday

Airdyne 30 minutes hiit

Leg is feeling better and better each week. Just a little twinge here and there. Back and bicep work is out until the meet. Just some band work.

I can't help myself, I must really be in to diet overdrive. I did hiit Sunday morning after Saturday evening's refeed. The hiit is supposed to help get you back into ketosis sooner.

This weight is coming off very easily. I get the process. I am almost afraid to stop it. I am becoming bipolar.
