Circa Max Bench, Snatch, Clean PR!
I knew that going Full Circa Max is a great way to eat into my tendons between the box squat and the bench press BUT I have some Deadlift and Log Press GOALS that I want to hit This Summer. I know that it will take a few things to achieve these.
1) I will have to finish the last few weeks with heavy straight weight lifts plus speed/technique work.
2) I will need 2-5 weeks of high volume work on GHR's, GM's, speed deads, speed/technique log press, lats, triceps, and Meadow's Shoulder Work.
3) So I need to keep it simple right now and hit the Circa Max work as much as possible because I have no other option.
searched for the right music till I found Bob Segar...
Doubled Monster Mini Bands
Singled Pro Short Mini Bands
157 + bands x 3 x 5 sets, short rest periods
3 Board: 185 + bands x 2 x 2
4 Board: 185 + bands x 2 x 2
1 Board: 185 + bands x 1
Incline Bench Press (not comfortable)
135 x 10 x 3 sets (watch the set I posted on video)
I was going to finish but my wife called, she just woke up from her nap and wanted to come train. I spent the next hour cleaning the gym and eating more chocolate filled croissants and drank a liter of apple juice.

70 x 1...PR!!!!
80 x 1 power clean and 1 miss
80 x 1 miss, then 1 full clean...PR!!!
My wife wasn't feeling great when she got there so I changed the music from Segar to Pink (she loves Pink) and I seriously think it threw her off. The moment I changed it back to random gym music she got better. Once your mind starts thinking...you are screwed in Weightlifting
