Box Squats, Bands, Chains, and Gear FOR THE RAW LIFTER!
All it seems to take is me surfing the Internets a minute or two to get all riled up. A post here, a post there reminds me of 2 things...
1) This is the reason why I don't go to message boards or read much online anymore. Everyone is a keyboard warrior and they are quick to dismiss someone's ideas before assuming that THEY might just be wrong.
2) I have a choice to either belittle them for their ignorance, attack them, or do what I do best and try to give an honest explanation on how the very principle that they have dismissed CAN be applied to work for them.
So that is what I have done.
Let us pretend, just for a moment, that Powerlifters are actual athletes ;) Actually, in any sport where there is competition then you can say that we are both athletes and winners and losers are determined by one major factor...AGILITY!
And this is my take on how the box squat, bands and chains, and gear actually improve your agility as A Powerlifter, as An Athlete.
