Bench Press & Upper Body

I am currently training for The 2014 North American Strongman (NAS) National Championship. It will be held Oct. 4th & 5th in Reno, NV. I'm also adjusting to raising a new baby boy while still working, training and living life.

Had a good session today. Feeling strong, fresh and healthy. I'm looking forward to ramping things up over the upcoming weeks leading into Nationals. I'll be squatting on Wednesday this week. This will be the first time I've squatted since the severe quad pain I had 4 weeks ago. I'm hoping the rest and other recovery methods have helped heal things up.
