Yesterday Training Session

Weighed in yesterday down 7.6 pounds in two weeks, will schedule a Dexa Scan for August.

Anyways, here is yesterdays workout:

Giant Set Twice (high intensity)

-safety olympic pause squats x 2
--sissy squats x 11
---leg ext x 25

Giant set twice (high intensity)
-stiff leg hack squats GM x 6
--Leg Curls lying x 5,3
--standing leg curls x 25

Rolling Dbell Tri ext x 8 x 3 sets (mod intensity)

Dbell Curls x 8 x 3 sets (mod intensity)

Calf Raises Seated x 50 x 2 sets (low intensity)

Forearms 2x15 (low intensity)

Great session---have some weekend updates will share tomorrow but headed out the door
