Upper Body in Panama City

I am currently training for The 2014 North American Strongman (NAS) National Championship. It will be held Oct. 4th & 5th in Reno, NV. I'm also adjusting to raising a new baby boy while still working, training and living life.

We took a family vacation last week spending the week on the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. The fact that I was on vacation didn't change the fact that Nationals was 12 weeks away. So I had to put in the work and get my training in. Adam Cantrell of Panhandle CrossFit was very gracious in allowing me to get a training session in while I was down there. I had a great training session and put in the work I needed to get done.
