Bench Press and Weightlifting! Wife on a Mission!
This is me admitting that I'm feeling bad and I'm getting worn down. If I don't slow down I am going to end up in a bad spot.
I woke up and messaged my wife that I had to sleep more. When I woke up...I woke up to an amazing breakfast/pre-training meal!
Got to the gym late and put on my Bench Camo...

Attempted to snatch...my body was not having it. Everything hurts. I need more calories and sleep.
My wife kicked MUCH TAIL!!!!
