If you are following my training log lately you will know that I'm nearing exhaustion again and I need to back off...and that I am pushing for a big Deadlift as soon as possible. Deadlifts, recovery, and needing more recovery is a tough thing to do.

But Friday came and my wife is 4 weeks out from Worlds so I met a girl at a local bar and we went to work.

- I am being patient and working doubles. There is a purpose behind this and possibly every thinks I'm crazy for this but me.

62.5 x 2

102.5 x 2 (not pretty)
102.5 x 1 and 1 miss
...went back to try again but my body was dead
82.5 x 3 (missed all of them trying to squat to depth, on purpose)

-My hands, fingers, elbows, shoulders were not working at all. Add that into the fact that I'm so nervous about my wife's training that it is hard for me to justify myself even training at all when I should be coaching.
