My son made sure that the board was ready for my wife when she arrived.



For me it is basically my "exercise and mobility" day with snatch and clean and jerk. Sets of 2!

Snatch:
warm ups
60 x 2 x 2
70 x 2
80 x 2
90 x 2
100 x 2 x 3 sets...actually a PR
80 x 3
60 x 3

Cleans
lots of singles up to 80 x 4 singles

My wife is showing progress.

Snatch:
warm ups
40 x 1
42.5 x 1
43.5 x miss behind
43.5 x 1
45 x 1
47.5 x 1 (but upon slow mo review...not sure)...PR!

...she is showing much more consistency which is HUGE!!!



Clean and Jerk
45 x 2
50 x 2
55 x 2...PR!



Squat:
50 x 3
70 x 3 x 2 sets
75 x 3...PR

Finished off with some light abs and food!
