Man my shoulders and tendons were screaming at me when I was warming up but I have a plan that I need to work with.
275 + 70 lbs chain x 1, 3 board
315 + chain x 1, 2 board
353.5 + chain x 1, touch
225 + 70 x 3 x 3
doubles up to 90 kg
lots of singles, doubles, and triples up to 90 kg
MY WIFE is making big improvements on her technique. If you have been following her and know anything about weightlifting, she has a lot more strength than she does technique. Our goal is to make her a SAFER athlete, build a little CONSISTENT strength, and get her technique to catch up with her strength levels. The tiny improvements that she made on Monday ARE HUGE!!!!
