Off the plane, short nap, into the gym to kick Jet Lag.

Box Squat super setted with Deadlifts
320 + onyx heavy bands x 2 straight to 326 x 2
Increasing band tension over 4 sets on deads

Bench Press
135 + short mini bands x 5 x 4 sets
225 x 1
315 x 1

Front Squat
60 kg x a couple
100 kg x a couple

Snatch
40 and 60 kg warm ups

Then sleep!
