Friday my group had some tuggin lined up for the day and some serious back training to do. I really have my group working back extra hard this training cycle. It all begins and ends with your back in every lift you do. So we are adding more volume to the back.

Today I coached and done some box jumps. I hit a PR post op box jump of 30 inches today for two sets of singles. If the box height would have been 30.5" I would not have made it. I was very excited about this.

Sunday we really did allot of form work and volume chest/tris/and yes back. My group is 7 women and 2 men now. We have 3 groups training throughout the week. Two of those groups are mine and one is Big Jon’s. I love training the women and young ladies. They really listen well and retain the info. Each of them loves the fact there are several females to train with and each of them love to battle with each other. Its good fun. Competition is always a good thing for those that can handle it.

For myself after coaching I did some rehab stuff, mobility work and abs. Sunday is usually a 3 hour long day so what I did, did not take long so I could get home....
