Rawwwww training

Raw Box Squat (cambered bar)
Worked up to 523 x 5
Single leg curl machine 4 x12
Heavy abs on machine 4 x 25

The cambered bar we have is homemade and weighs 73lbs. It is different than most and takes a lot of stabilization. The single leg curl machine I used today is prob made in the 70's but tough as hell. I almost always get a huge hamstring cramp the night of. Everything felt terrible today as it always does coming from a week off. Excited to get my gear soon. Talking with Jo Jordan he set me up with what will work for me best.
