THURSDAY heavy lower

Deadlifts sumo 675 x 3
Single leg Curl machine 5 x 8
Ab pull down machine 5 x 10 heavy

Still training raw no gear. Felt tight today. Got a massage yesterday and was still sore from that.

Eating my 45min post meal of 6cups rice crispies/75 grams protein mixed with water. Actually tastes good. Thanks Marc!!!!
