Thursday Deadlifts...ish Oct

NO other way to describe it...I had to get TO the gym Thursday because Angelos and Nefi are competing Saturday and they can't wait. I force fed myself a small meal then stopped on the way to the gym and puked, then finished driving to the gym. If it were not for my sponsors helping me with supplements I would be in serious trouble with ALL nutrition. If you are reading this, THANK YOU!

Deadlifts super setted with Pulls Into Pins
I had a good pull with 4 plates per side then things started changing and I felt slower and worse.
601.5 x 1 straight to 408 x 1 into pins with a hold
straight back and repeat for a 2nd set, no rest

My plan was to get 4-6 sets of this but my head started spinning and splitting into pieces on my 2nd rep of 601. My vision was gone and my legs had turned into jello. It is strange to explain but I feel like I am constantly at that point of being "knocked out".
