Light squats

I had the urgency to train today, nothing crazy, but at least pick up some weights. Postpartum training? Probably. It has been a week.

I didn't mention this before but my back was extremely tight after my competition. Most likely from the car deadlifts because it was such an awkward lift, and not to mention it was HEAVY, so I've been doing the cold/hot treatment and stim unit to relieve the tension. My back has improved, being consistent with the treatment for the last week, so today I did some light squats to see how my back would react.

Overall, it felt good, but heavy lifting won't be in the works for another couple of weeks.

Squats

135 x 5
155 x 5
175 x 5
195 x 5
dropped back down to : 135 x 2 x 10

Front squats
95 x 3 x 10

Band ham curls 3 x 20
Band goodmornings with DB 4 x 10
