Day 3 of Next Training Phase. Full Body Volume

I am currently coming off of a year and a half of almost constant training for a competition. I just finished up competing for a while with a 2nd Place finish at NAS Nationals and a 3rd Place finish at SCL England. I'm taking the next 14 weeks off from strongman events and will be putting on some weight and size during that time. I'm also adjusting to raising a new baby boy while still working, training and living life.

I had a client cancellation therefore an opening to train at 8am this morning. Since today was pretty busy I decided to take advantage and get my training done earlier in the day. I'm not used to training this early so two cups of coffee and a low carb Monster later I was ready.

I'm still adjusting to the volume in this training phase and needless to say I've been sore since Monday. Everything is sore. Which gave me a good idea. Next time someone asks you what muscle something works tell them to take a week off of training. Then to do 50-100 reps of the exercise. The next few days they'll know exactly what muscles it works.
