Bloody Squat Sunday PR

Well it was in my plan last week to get 10 reps 601.5 + Onyx Heavy Bands and I ran out of gas on the 8th rep. Felt like that bar was uneven and slipping but I was just out of gas. I thought about it all week and when I start thinking I start getting into trouble.
- Is this me finally losing it?
- How weak will I be this next week?
- Can you still do this?
- Is it already time to switch to Plan C?
Normally it would have just been myself training but Fanos is a judo player and they moved Nationals till next month so he needs to continue lifting for another few weeks. Nefi was going to train but felt sick and two GREAT lifters from another city wanted to drop by to say hello and talk. Denise is a World Champion and Alexandra is a National Champion and Commonwealth Games Athlete.
So I didn't get my normal "alone time" before or during my squats. I was also going in and out of nausea and dizzy spells so I took an extra 45 minutes of warm up time to get going and to get straight.
I don't remember what I did. I don't remember before the set, during the set, or after the set but I know that I really REALLY wanted 10 reps. I NEEDED 10 reps so badly.
What I did NOT need to do was head butt the bar twice and bleed everywhere. I am NOT supposed to get cut or have any open wounds of any sorts. I don't remember doing it so you would THINK that it would keep me out of trouble with my wife. Clearly...she was NOT HAPPY!
My son didn't care too much either :)
Finished of with some Giant Dbell work with 35 kg. My bones are killing me deep inside (middle thigh, middle shin, middle upper and lower arm) so this only LOOKS impressive.
