Dynamic squats

Dynamic squats -

185 lbs (about 65% of 1RM) 8 x 2

Leg press 3 x 10

KB swings 3 x 10

Tire flips 5 x 5




I find that dynamic days are the most important training days, as it gives you a lot more volume than a traditional max effort day. This allows you to repeatedly practice and perfect your form while working on your cue's. Today's focus: sit back, knees apart, keep your chest high, maintain your arch, and push the bar fast.
