It was one of those "get in, train, and get out" days. Board presses felt fast and smooth but definitely need to do more tricep/extension work to get that bench up. I had so many errands to do before my trip to Disney (oh, by the way, I'm going to Disney). It's a mini-vacation, so there will be no training until Saturday. Not too worried because Nationals are ways away and I'm still undecided about what meet to do, but I'm looking forward to spending some time with family. Until Saturday!
