Wednesday Deadlifts! Technical Adjustments

Currently undergoing Chemotherapy to treat Systemic Ulcerative Colitis as a last measure.

I woke up feeling good with lots of attitude and as time went on I just lost all of it. By the time I got to the gym I felt "OK" but no energy at all. Getting "fired up" wasn't an option. So, change of plan:

1) Work on loading my hamstrings more on the deadlift
2) Work on increasing the arch in my lower back at the start of the deadlift
3) Go as heavy as I could TECHNICALLY

Deadlifts and Pulls into Pins (on mats)
506 x 2 straight to 388 x 1
x 2 sets

The lifts were slow but technically improved. I need stronger hamstrings and need to get back on the GHR machine again.

Snatch
I had a miss at 40 kg that was so bad I had to stop. Nothing left.

I've also added 10 holes to my P2 Belt since Summer 2013 and I have lost so much weight that I only have 4 more to go and my belt still isn't tight when I'm at the bottom of a deadlift.
