3 day Food and Wine festival in Disney was amazing! Had a great time with the family and ate SO MUCH. We mostly stayed in Epcot but we also went to MGM for the rides. I mean, who would want to miss out on Indiana Jones and Tower of Terror!
Dreaded how fast the trip went. Back to responsibilities and being a grown up. Blah. I did miss training, although all that walking seemed like a max effort calf workout to me. So I did put in some accessory work to my taco eating.
I was pretty happy that by rep 3, my back didn't look like a hunchback. Back is getting stronger little by little.

Deloaded to 135 lbs for pause deadlifts 4 x 5 (slowly raise the bar to your shin, then explode up)
Low rows 3 x 20
Band pull aparts 3 x 20

Cable curls 3 x 12
preacher curls 3 x 12
Battle ropes for 5 minutes
