Wednesday: Deadlifts and GHR Super Sets
Currently undergoing Chemotherapy to treat Systemic Ulcerative Colitis as a last measure.

Wanted to stay home. Got to the gym and wanted to go back home. Started out knowing my weakness and working a plan to fix it. I was greatly upset with the outcome of the training session but I trained.
Deadlifts super setted with GHR's
45 x 5 ..... Bodyweight x 3
135 x 3 x 2 sets .. BW x 3
225 x 2 x 2 ... BW x 3
315 x 1 ... BW x 3
405 x 1 ... BW x 3
506 x 1 ... BW x 3
616 x 1 ... BW x 3
706 x 1 ... BW x 3
My body started shutting down after the GHR's on the last set. I am literally giving everything that I have and watching my strength melt away.
The plan is to continue to bring up my hamstrings, or at least my GPP when it comes to Glute Ham Raises. I can feel that I am not sitting onto my hamstrings when I deadlift and my knees are straightening way too early and I have no arch in my lower or mid back as well ( I need abs and erectors).
At least I have something to work on and I have identified my weaknesses.
1) Learn to load my hamstrings on the deadlift
2) Strengthen my abs and erectors with volume work for now
3) Strengthen my GPP on my hamstrings with GHR's, progressively increasing resistance and frequency
