Heavy Squats

Squats felt heavy today. Worked up to 265 lbs for 6 x 1. While filming, I noticed that my elbows were flaring out and I was JUST hitting parallel. Deloaded for pause squats, and really focused on my form.

1a) Bulldog bar squat with reverse light(thick orange) bands up to a heavy set for 6 x 1
1b) Then 3 sets of 5 of pause squats


2) kettle bell lunges 3 sets


3a) GHR 4 sets of 6 slow down fast up super setted with
3b) band abbductions


4) hyper extensions 2 sets of 20 reps


5) abs
