Dynamic bench

1) flat bench with mini bands: 12 sets of 3 alternating grips.

2) incline dumbbell bench press, 2 sets of max reps. Completed 2 x 25 reps

3) low rows with the straight bar 3 sets of 15 reps very light with a 3 count hold each rep (focused on squeezing my shoulder blades together like you do bench)

4) dips with slingshot 3 sets of max reps (shy from failure)

5) kb raises(holding the sides of 1 heavy kb) 3 sets of 12

Super setted with

6) band pull aparts 3 sets of 12
