Dynamic bench

1) straight bar with orange mini bands
10 sets 3

2) decline db press 2 sets of max reps

1 x 30 with 40 lb DB
1 x 25 with 40 lb DB

3) one arm dumbbell rows - 4 sets of 10

4) seated overhead kettle bell press 3 sets of 15 (lower slowly)

5) close grip push-ups 3 sets of 7

6) db hammer curls 5 x 10

7) 100 rope push downs
