Meet decided APF 2015

I have finally decided on a meet. I mentioned in my "Fight for Charlie" log that Brian Schwab will be hosting a few events at his gym, and the other event being the APF Orlando Barbell Florida State Meet on February 28th. I am looking forward to this meet, hoping to set new meet PR's and records for the 132 lb Women's Open Class division. Not to mention my brother and his girlfriend will be joining me, it will be her first meet and his second, so I'm excited to see them lift!

So my training cycle is divided as follows:

Monday - Dynamic upper body
Tuesday - Max effort Lower
Thursday - Max effort Upper
Saturday - Dynamic lower body
Sunday - GPP

I recommend reading "Working with the Standard Template" by Jim Wendler, it explains the basics of the Westside Template and also provides some supplementary and accessory movements that can help build your bench/squat/deadlift.

So let the lifting begin! I even bought myself a new training log with the most perfect message.
