Legs (Saturday)

SEATED LEG CURLS
pyramided up in weight for 4 sets: 15 reps, 12 reps, 9 reps, 6 reps
then lowered the weight and did a 5th set of 25 reps

HORIZONTAL LEG PRESS
worked up in weight doing sets of 10 reps, then made the last set a drop set of 10/8/8/25

SMITH MACHINE SQUATS
did some feeder sets of 6 working up in weight, then a drop set of 8/6/10

HACK SQUATS
done rest pause style, down to rock bottom for a slight pause, then back up.
3 sets of 8 reps working up in weight

STIFF LEG DEADS ON LOW CABLE PULLEY
2 sets of 20
