1. Heavy squats for a double Worked up to 250 x 2 x 2
2. Safety squat bar on a low box
5 x 6 with 170 lbs
3a. GHR's 3 x 10 3b. Hypers with a red band and 2 second hold 3 x 10
I know it gets annoying to people when you film all your lifts, but you end up actually catching a lot of errors you might have not noticed before.
Here, I did a good job locking in my elbows but my depth is questionable. I am slow out of the hole, so my feet need to spread the floor more (a good tip I received was imagine your foot next to someone else's foot, then as you are driving up out of the hole, think about pushing against the foot next to you). I didn't want to risk going heavier because I was alone at the gym, but I am pretty content with what I got.
