IMPORTANT:

1) My wife told me to pick a powerlifting meet and sign up for it. Any meet, any federation, anywhere we can afford except for Cyprus.

2) I've had a lot of clients complain about their programming. One style that I'm famous for programming is one where the lifter will squat, bench, and deadlift all in the same day. They say it can't be done. Here it is.

3) I promised myself that I would not train Mondays or Tuesdays and Wednesday (Deadlift Day) is my son's Christmas Program. That meant I had the option to Deadlift today at the end.
