Deadlifts off of 1 matt (PR!)
So freakin' happy about my 50 lb PR! I did these about a month ago, with 2 matts, and it didn't come up as easy. Glad that I'm headed in the right direction with my training thus far.
1. Deadlifts off of 1 matt
275 lbs + 120 lbs of chains x 1
285 lbs + 120 lbs of chains x 1
The 285 I did not count because I hitched a little on the way up. It could have possibly been that I was too forward when setting up.
Deloaded to 285 lbs for 5 sets
2. GHR's 3 x 20
3a. Wide stance pitshark with bands 3 x 10
3b. Lateral lunges with mini bands 3 x 20 side steps
4. Goblet squats with 30 lb kettlebells
