Back 12/22/14

Trained back with Randy Howard at Strength Beyond in Kalamazoo. Weighed myself for the first time in a while and was 277lbs. I haven't been forcing the food down much the past month or so and I'm definitely leaner than I was around Thanksgiving, so I was pleasantly surprised to see my weight so high.

Back:
Bent over rows:
2x15 135lb
1x12 225lb
2x10 315lb

Deadlifts w/ 12" red bands:
1x3 315lb
1x3 405lb
1x3 495lb

Deadlifts w/ 12" red bands and ?? lbs of chain:
1x5 315lb

Shrugs:
1x15 405lbs
2x15 495lbs

Pull ups:
3xfailure

way bent forward rope rows:
2x20




I'm not sure how much the 12" red bands added at the top...they definitely get tight a lot quicker than the 41" bands. They might have given 50lbs or so? I don't really know...the weight sure felt heavy though.


Today is my last day at work for the year...I'm not sure how busy it is where you guys work, but it's pretty slow here today. Most people have already taken off for the holidays. Those of us who actually came in today decided to say fuck it.
