Floor presses with chains
Today was not my day. Pulled up to the gym, no cars, and I planned to max out. Then, while I was not setting up for max bench (rather heavy floor presses), I dropped a plate on my foot. There are good days and there are better days.
1. Worked up to 145 lbs against 40 lbs of chains for a single.
Deloaded to 95 lbs against 40 lbs of chains for 4 x 12
2. Mechanical drop set
I got this idea from EliteFTS team member Julia Ladewski. Basically you change the angle of the bench moving it from an incline to a flat bench.

3. Low rows 3 x 50 (went heavier than last week, so I was pretty happy.)
4. Rows with the bar 4 x 8
5a. Rope tricep pushdowns 3 x 12
5b. Cable curls for the girls 3 x 12
Felt pretty jacked after that, so I couldn't stay mad.
