Heavy benchin' and pyramid movement

1. Straight bench

155 lbs 6 x 3

2a. Skulls crushers
2b. Close grip presses 3 x 20 each

3. Close grip pulldowns - Pyramid sets x 2

reps: ascending pyramid 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 then to descending pyramid 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 with no rest in between sets. I decreased the weight once I got to higher reps.

4. Upright rows 3 x 15

5. Curls for the girls 3 x 15
